Customer Rating: Summary: Never had a diaper Rash! Comment: my daughter is 19 months old and has never EVER had a diaper rash -she's been wearing these diapers since she was born. it's the thing i recommennd to all moms to be that i know; how wonderful these diapers are! all i ever use on my daughter is these diapers and pure cornstarch baby powder -THATS ALL! no butt paste, desitin, nothing! just good diapers and natural cornstarch baby powdder! : )
Customer Rating: Summary: Feel good about diapers.... Comment: I've used these diapers for almost 2 years and have no complaints - they're a bit pricey but no more than the "natural" diapers out there that are not as eco friendly. I highly recommend them to friends with newborns. Especially those, like me, who tried the cloth diaper route and couldn't hack it. I can't keep up with regular laundry....
Customer Rating: Summary: Leak really bad Comment: These diapers are a nice idea but do not work.
I only got leaks and just minutes after changing her
she was in a puddle of pee like she had not diaper at all.
Customer Rating: Summary: LOOOVE them! Comment: We have mainly used these diapers since my daughter was born and she is 14 months now. We stopped for awhile because the sizes of these diapers USED to run small so she was actually 2 sizes bigger then any other brand, and just like any other diaper, the bigger they are the less you get for the price...but thankfully they fixed that with a new design so we switched back! They can get a little bulky when they are super wet and sag a bit, but the sags only a problem when she is just in a diaper. I'm still not clear on JUST how green these diapers really are. I've heard everything from completely biodegradable to just 60%, but anything is better then nothing. All in all, we love these more then the mushy feeling you get out of a wet diaper made from other materials and they are super cute. Be sure to sign up for the recurring shipments and get the extra discount! (you can cancel the shipments anytime with just one click) Not a single rash from these diapers, though she has had rashes, but that's more from what she ate, definitely not from the diapers. I encourage all parents that I know to at least try them. They are great!
Customer Rating: Summary: Worse than worthless Comment: My husband and I used the Nature Babycare size 1 diapers for our newborn. We were very happy to get away from the standard disposables and they worked great. There were slight issues with the tabs rubbing our baby's thighs, chafing him a bit, but nothing major.
We ordered the size 2 diapers when he outgrew the size 1. The size diapers have been a huge disappointment. The tabs chafe our baby's legs more than did the size 1 diapers. They do not absorb pee. Worse, they leak on a regular basis. Really, it seems that the pee is bouncing off of the inside of the diapers, running down our baby's leg, and soaking whatever our baby is on at the time--sheets, couches, clothes, whatever. This is not an issue of fit. The diapers fit just fine. They simply don't work.
I say that they are worse than worthless because in my mind, something worthless has neither good or bad qualities. These diapers cost money, do not perform as should be expected, and have caused us to do more laundry than should be necessary.
